PLC Programming Services in Bengaluru
Vision Automation programs and supports Mitsubishi, Delta, and Omron PLCs for manufacturers in Bengaluru. The work includes new logic, fault finding, machine changes, and a reliable link from the controller to a PC.
Most requests start from a machine that is already in production. A model has been added, a sensor has changed, a PC needs the cycle data, or a fault appears only on one shift. We work on the controller that is fitted, using the programming software for that brand.
PLC brands
- Mitsubishi PLC
- Delta PLC
- Omron PLC
Other devices are connected when they speak a protocol these controllers already use, especially Modbus. We do not claim programming coverage for brands we do not support.

PLC–PC communication
A PC is added when the line needs a recipe screen, a test sequence, a camera result, or a stored history. The PLC keeps the I/O. The PC reads and writes an agreed set of registers or coils. Ethernet is used when the controller has it. Serial and Modbus RTU are used on stations that are already wired that way. The software on the PC side is described with Industrial IoT and data acquisition.
HMI integration
Operators need the HMI and the PLC to show the same state. We add or change screens for mode selection, alarms, manual functions, and the new model data. The HMI is not a separate product exercise. It is updated with the program so the buttons match the logic.
Data acquisition from the PLC
Cycle counts, process values, and alarms can leave the controller without changing how the machine runs. Edge software polls or receives those values and stores them. Read how that is structured in the PLC machine data logging project. If the values include a camera decision, the handshake is covered under machine vision.
Part of a larger automation job
PLC work is often the control half of a retrofit or a new station. Mechanical sequence, PC software, and monitoring then sit under industrial automation. You can start with only the controller if that is the gap.
