Industrial Automation Solutions in Bengaluru
Vision Automation automates machines and test stations for manufacturers in Bengaluru. The work covers the control sequence, the link between the PLC and a PC, and the software operators use to run and review the station.
An automation project is different from a monitoring-only job. Here the software and the PLC decide how the machine moves, when a cycle is complete, and how a new part variant is added. Data logging is included when the station needs a record, and it is described on the Industrial IoT page so the two scopes stay distinct.
What a project can include
-
Machine control
- PLC programming for the sequence the machine must run
- Control system updates on Mitsubishi, Delta, and Omron PLCs
- Machine automation for assembly, press, and test stations
-
PC and machine communication
- PC-based automation beside the controller
- Machine communication over Ethernet, serial, or Modbus
- Data acquisition from the running cycle
-
Line changes
- Retrofit projects on machines already in production
- Production monitoring for the operator and the supervisor
- Machine vision integration when a camera must gate the cycle
PLC programming inside an automation job
New stations and retrofits both need someone who can change the ladder or structured logic, not only read it. Vision Automation programs the PLC, checks the I/O, and proves the sequence on the machine. Standalone controller work — troubleshooting, HMI screens, and communication setup — is listed under PLC programming services.
Retrofits
Many plants in Jigani, Peenya, and Electronic City already have a working machine and need a new check, a new model, or a record of each cycle. A retrofit keeps the mechanical station and adds the control change, the PC link, or both. We do not replace equipment that is still doing its job.
A press or assembly station that must judge a cycle from force, position, or a gauge is a common retrofit. The bearing press quality monitoring description shows how measurement, a dashboard, and the PLC fit together without naming the customer.
PC-based automation and industrial software
Some sequences are better owned by a PC: recipe selection, a long test, a report, or a camera result. The PLC still owns the I/O and the motion interlocks. The PC sends start, model, and setpoint information, then reads status and measurements back.
That software is written in the tool that fits the station:
- C# / .NET
- Python
- LabVIEW
- SQLite / SQL
- REST APIs
LabVIEW machine integration is used when the station is a measurement or test rig and LabVIEW is the right environment for the instruments and the PLC handshake.
Production monitoring
Operators need a clear screen: running, stopped, pass, fail, and the current model. Supervisors need the same events stored so a shift can be reviewed. Monitoring is built into the automation software rather than bolted on as a separate product. Live status, alarms, and reports follow the data path described in industrial IoT dashboards.
Machine vision on an automated station
When the cycle must wait for a camera, the vision result is part of the sequence. A pass allows the next motion. A fail holds the part or diverts it, according to the machine design. Inspection scope — presence, measurement, defects, and code reading — is covered on the machine vision page.
